Duties: * Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting including, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements * Working with external auditors * Stay current with new business trends and accounting software * Cash management, managing the firms cash flow, operating activities, investing activities and financing activities * Performance Management - improving organizational performance by enhancing the effectiveness of employees - goal setting, continuous feedback regarding employee performance to understand their strengths and areas for improvement, coaching and support * Performing special projects as assigned
