Senior Accountant

Wood are recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join rhi their professional services consultancy and Talent solutions business and be responsible for Payroll and accounting for the Talent USA Inc entity.  

The position will be based at our Aberdeen office on a hybrid basis.

The Role

Reporting directly into the rhi Finance Manager the Senior Accountant will provide effective finance and admin support to rhi Talent USA Inc entity and rhi group subsidiaries and business line reporting.

As the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for accurate financial reporting for rhi Talent USA inc, ensuring all time imports are reconciled and reviewed for processing Contractor weekly payments of time and expenses and providing a positive customer experience, working in close communication with the Houston team. You will also ensure all accounting entries are recorded in an accurate and timely manner and be proficient in the use of Financial Systems.

In this role you will have the opportunity to support the Finance Manager (FM) with the supervision of a small team of accountants and to deputise for the FM in their absence. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accountant who has experience in management accounting who thrives in a fast paced environment and is a great communicator, who is looking for an opportunity that will give them exposure to global projects and excellent paths to continue their professional development. If you have previous Payroll experience that would be advantageous however, full training will be provided.
