The Role
We are looking for a Qualified Accounting Senior for the Netherlands legal entities.
The role requires a qualified accounting individual with experience in month end closing, variance analysis and Balance Sheet reconciliation and a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mind-set, focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the:
Financial accounting and monthly & quarterly reporting for Netherlands legal entities, including but not limited to:Preparation of monthly Balance sheet reconciliationsInvestigation and resolution of balance sheet differencesPreparing monthly journals, attaching support and submitting for reviewPreparing and calculating accruals, prepayments, depreciation and other monthly & quarterly entriesEnsuring monthly Inter Company differences are investigated and resolvedPreparing monthly Trial Balance for review and adding commentaries for variancesPreparing quarterly flux commentary for reviewPreparing quarterly audit disclosures for reviewPreparing quarterly revenue submissionsAssisting and providing support for Internal/ External Group and Statutory audit requirementsAd hoc Corporate requests for information/ support/ accounting journalsParticipate in annual accounting, tax audits and special projects.Training and mentoring other accountants based in PolandSupporting finance managers with technical queries and ensuring adherence to reporting timelinesAd hoc project requests from EMEA controllerWhat You’ll Bring
The successful candidate will be a ‘hands on’ and “can do” qualified accountant with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.Qualified accountant with experience working in a commercial environment in an international business with prior exposure to monthly/ quarterly accounting and group reporting. You will have operated at a similar level in an international environment with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful monthly and quarterly reporting.Qualifications: Educated to degree level and Qualified AccountantMinimum 4 years of experience as an AccountantExperience working in a similar capacity at a global organization.Strong financial background and good spoken and written EnglishExperience working in a fast paced, dynamic and evolving environment.Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel applications.OTHER COMPETENCES
