The Joint Venture Accountant will provide accounting and analysis support to two Joint Ventures within the Engine Systems Product Line. **ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + General Accounting responsibilities for both Joint Ventures + Billing and Collections support for both Joint Ventures + Supporting all external and internal audits, where required + Supporting monthly account reconciliations and other activities, where required + Analyzing escalation trends as needed and report to management for updated catalog pricing or contract negotiations + Performing cash applications for both Joint Ventures + Seeking out projects to continually improve processes + Performing other duties and responsibilities as required **Because of a specific US government contract, applicants must be a US Person to be considered for this opportunity.** **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree and 4 years of professional experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools + Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment + Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross functional teams and joint venture partners + Ability to develop solutions and provide process improvements where needed + Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures + Strong organizational skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with Oracle and QuickBooks + Analytical and problem solving skills + Previous experience in Accounting + Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies + Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
