Senior Account Strategist

What You'll Do:Own strategy and the day to day relationships with a portfolio of agency partners to ensure we exceed their expectations and drive growth. You will be the agency’s go-to person for all questions.Become a trusted advisor to agency clients with an understanding of the agency client portfolio, their tactical and strategic priorities and how they align to Criteo solutions. Develop and build relationships at various levels and teams at the agency.Build strategies to upsell Criteo’s product offering to each agency and their clients to help them achieve their goals. Possess a deep understanding of Criteo solutions.Lead agency and client business reviews, create optimization and media planning recommendations.Identify and generate leads for new client opportunities within your portfolio of agencies.Analyze advertising campaign metrics and ensure client goals are consistently achieved. (Main KPI’s are related to retargeting, acquisition and retention tactics.)Work with internal campaign management and operations teams to ensure campaigns are running smoothly, goals are being met and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and effectively.Accurately forecast for your portfolio and hit designated individual revenue goals.Think strategically and tactically, balancing long-term opportunities while ensuring we hit revenue targets.Escalate key trends or challenges discovered or raised by agencies.Who You Are:5+ years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment.2+ years of direct advertising/marketing industry experience or related.Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue driven environment.Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for all clients.Ability to think strategically and tactically, balancing long-term opportunities while hitting revenue targets.Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.A proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams.A passion for building relationships, driving growth and sales.Experience working with Agencies and eCommerce Retail clients a plus.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$90,000 - $110,000
