We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. To lead, motivate and manage a team of Client Service Managers/ Account Managers to achieve the Group strategy and business objectives.

2. To contribute to the establishment of the strategic direction for consistent delivery of top quality and market leading Client Service functions and the deployment of regional/global client service proposition to regional/global clients.

3. To deliver service in compliance with group and regulatory requirements.

4. To establish cultural and behavioral excellence and develop high engagement across the team
