Senior Account Manager - For Libya

We are\n seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team,\n specializing in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be\n responsible for managing client accounts in upstream, midstream,\n refineries, and petrochemical industries, ensuring customer satisfaction,\n and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication\n skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to\n build and maintain strong client relationships.

The account\n manager will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while\n aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify\n opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize your product\n knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

Key\nResponsibilities

Sales\nprocess

 Act as the\n main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns\n promptly and effectively.Act as the\n main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns\n promptly and effectively.Develop and\n sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships\n while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the\n customer organizationEarly\n engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers' needsManages the\n day to day and strategies: maintaining a balanced approach to superior\n customer service and strategic account planning; quarterly results and\n long-term account goals Identifies\n new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by\n building value propositions for solutions into the account; manage and\n build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, trusted\n advisor, and focal point for customer relationship.Identify\n opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies\n to achieve sales targets.Prepare and\n present regular reports on account status and performance to senior\n management.Demonstrate\n a solution-selling mindset and effectively communicate the value\n proposition to customers.

Customers

Pursue growth through regular both face to face meetings and winning new\n customers to enlarge our installed base.

People\nmanagement

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.Guides and leverages\n management and executive sponsor interactions with the customer.

 

You Must Have Bachelor's\n degree in engineering, preferably with electrical/ electronics background.Proven\n experience as an Account Manager, with at least 7 years of experience in\n sales and account management.Previous experience in the oil and gas sector, including upstream, midstream, refineries, and petrochemical industries.Experience\n in Solutions SellingExperience\n in complex selling including early engagement in the customer buying cycle\n at senior levels.Experience\n in managing major EPCsExperience\n in selling automation & safety systems (ICSS, ESD, DCS,…etc)Commercial excellence\n and sales management through CRM (Salesforce)Good\n knowledge of commercial terms contract T&Cs…etc.Excellent\n communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to\n manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proficiency\n in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Fluency in\n English and Arabic.
