Senior Account Manager
Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

 Honeywell is looking for a Sr Account Manager for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division for Norway to be a key member of the HBS Sales Team in Europe Nordics region. The focus is to utilize your proven sales experience to provide customers with market leading smart building solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the full suite of Honeywell offerings into the assigned territory. You will be experienced in selling a broad range of solutions including Automation, Operations Optimization Software Solutions, Instrumentation and ongoing Service and Support. You will achieve sales targets from existing or new accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives.

As part of your role, you would specialize in key built environment systems, including but not limited to; BMS, Fire, Security, Access, with a strong-bias on leading Integrated, Energy & Sustainability, Connected Services propositions.

Your responsibilities:

       Develop and demonstrate strong understanding of the customer’s business and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes. Development of new opportunities within existing customers/Accounts and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account.       Management and building customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, trusted advisor, and advocate       Leverage best in class sales methodology for maximizing sales potential. Follow the details of the Sales Operating System (SOS) with an emphasis on disciplined usage of our CRM, accurate weekly forecasting, monthly pipeline reviews and quarterly walk to plan.       Being a business partner to the customer, establishing a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizing the business potential of their customers, and acting as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with the customer       Champions the customers’ needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization

Must have:

 5+ years in solution sales and Account Management in Building Automation industry and proven track record of success in the business environment Being ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit. Ability to balance between short term achievement and long-term development. Being a natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance. Strong communication skills High level of English Language skills
