Senior Account Manager, Talent & Influencers

This is a work hard, play hard environment where a true passion for culture is married with the desire to create business changing work for our clients.   As a Senior Account Manager for Talent and Influencer at UEG, you will be an essential part of our influencer and talent proposition, covering the full range of influencer and talent work. You will play a critical role in contributing to influencer and talent strategies, recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendar, and budgets. Your strategic thinking and creativity will help develop best-in-class ongoing influencer programs and talent led initiatives for our diverse range of clients, integrating them into the overall strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels. You will have a keen interest in all things social and be an avid follower of relevant news and trends. You will also have experience in building consistently productive relationships and strong stakeholder management skills. In addition, you should have proven experience in integrating digital and social media into campaign activity.  The ideal candidate will exhibit client facing skills with a background in a social or influencer agency or business.  Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the Influencer and talent strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets. Align and collaborate with UEG client leads and Edelman PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other stakeholders, internal and external, to deliver best-in-class campaigns for our clients. Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients. Experience negotiating celebrity / talent contracts and managing these partnerships to drive success. Manage the day-to-day running of influencer and talent campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting. Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations. Present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients. Manage the influencer database and ensure it is up-to-date. Oversee 2 x influencer executive’s workflow – and feed this directly into the Director of influencer. Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes. Assist in the development and participation in promoting our influencer offering across the business. Support additional projects as required, such as new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive trends. A passion for influencer and talent marketing with a minimum of three years' experience in the field. Self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude. A keen interest in all things social and an avid follower of relevant news and trends. Liaising with talent representation where relevant to coordinate review and approvals process.Tracking payments via influencer executives (talent, SAG, vendors, etc.) to ensure payments are facilitated on time.Qualifications/Attributes: Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms. Previous experience working within talent or influencer fields.Experience of creator marketing platforms, influencer software and data tools. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilizing new industry developments and technology. Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite.Has a positive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.Thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.Demonstrates strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams.#LI-SD1United Entertainment Group is a global entertainment, sports and lifestyle marketing agency and part of the DJE Holdings network.
