Senior Account Manager, Research and Insights
Edelman Data & Intelligence (DXI) is looking for a Senior Account Manager for our office in Abu a Senior Account Manager, you will manage medium to large-scale projects including primary (quantitative and/or qualitative) and/or secondary research methodologies. The role involves working with clients, internally and externally, to build relationships and deliver projects with the support of our team in the UAE and across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:Managing medium to large scale projects from start to finishProject planning and internal resource managementProposal writing, including methodological design and costingWriting presentations, using visual storytelling and presenting to clientsClient relationship managementSupplier relationship managementEffective communication with clients, and internal and external stakeholdersWorking on a number of different projects at the same time (normally in different subject areas and with different teams)Prioritizing work to effectively deliver tasks against deadlinesLine management of 1-2 account executivesMinimum Requirements:Degree educated (or equivalent)Previous experience in primary or secondary research in a professional environmentGood knowledge of the MS office suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluency in English.
