Senior ACA Account Executive

The Sr Account Executive, ACA Business Development is responsible for the new direct sales of our Employee Benefit products. This individual will evaluate market data and sales opportunities in order to determine growth opportunities and extend new business relationships.  The additional responsibilities include; defining strategy, negotiating relationship and business terms with respective business partners, establishing go to market approach and material for internal and external use, and working cross functionally to execute on growth initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Develop the new business sales strategy for large market client territories, maximizing potential to meet and exceed quota assignment.

Monitor markets, industries, companies, competitors and sales activities in order to identify business development opportunities via direct and indirect channels

Pursue sales opportunities with direct clients and third parties where ACA does not already exist or where there is scope to complement a partner’s existing ACA business  

Works closely with internal colleagues in Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Service teams to evaluate and execute on new business opportunities. 

Responsible for identifying, investigating, analyzing and negotiating new partnerships

Responsible for negotiating business terms and works with legal to develop and execute partnership agreements

Work with the Operations & Implementation teams in support of technical integrations required to execute business partnerships

Collaborates with the ACA Solution Engineer and Indirect Strategy leader to maintain momentum for new partner pursuits. 

What experience you’ll need:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience7+ years of new business development experience (direct and indirect sales)ACA product experience (preferred)Successful experience in prospecting and capturing new  business through cold calls, client call-ins, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and other self-initiated methodsAbility to effectively and proactively educate, sell, and present in-depth solutions to clients via phoneExperience in B2B solution based selling, dealing with senior management or the highest level decision maker within that client’s organization

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $160,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
