EY's MENA Assurance Team is seeking a Senior/AM with extensive experience in multimedia, animation, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative portfolio and a history of leading design projects that align with organizational standards and client expectations.

The opportunity

The role will be based in our Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad center of excellence and will support MENA Assurance leadership team.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior 1, you will lead a variety of digital and print design projects, ensuring they meet EY’s quality standards and Visual Identity guidelines. Your role will involve harnessing your advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver compelling and high-quality presentations/reports/print collaterals. You will routinely deal with both internal stakeholders and external clients to understand project requirements, maintain workflows and ensure deliverables of the highest quality within the given timelines. Additionally, you will supervise and coach team members and manage multiple projects.

To qualify for the role you must have
•    Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
•    Ability to quickly grasp design concepts and translate them into visual identity elements.
•    Create strong and compelling storyboards.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts.
•    A strong eye for detail and quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards.
•    Ability to work with minimum supervision, multitask and work collaboratively with virtual teams.
•    The willingness to meet tight deadlines and work with flexibility.
 

Ideally, you’ll have
•    Diploma in Multimedia and Animation or equivalent professional experience in graphic design
•    A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and print design.
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience as team lead.
•    Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
•    A degree in Mass Communication/Digital Design would be a distinct advantage.
