We are looking for two senior .NET C# developers with expertise in backend development using modern design principles and Azure cloud technologies.

As part of this role, you will contribute to building next-generation systems in a rapidly expanding sector. You will work closely with architects and stakeholders to design and implement new solutions while gradually taking on leadership responsibilities within development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements and design scalable solutions.
* Lead and coordinate development efforts within the team.
* Independently analyse, design, and implement solutions while ensuring alignment with architectural goals.
* Promote best practices in object-oriented design, clean coding, and test-driven development.

Qualifications:

* Minimum four years of experience in C# development.
* Experience with Azure cloud development.
* Previous experience leading teams or guiding design and implementation processes.
* Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

* Proficiency in SQL databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
* Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
* Familiarity with the React.js framework.
* Experience in microservices architecture.
* Knowledge of pension and financial products is a plus.
