**Job Description Summary**
The Sr Commercial Coordinator at C&W Services collaborates with key team members to create customized and strategic proposal responses for small—to medium-sized pursuits. This individual also leads projects and initiatives around proposal/marketing content collection and management.
Supporting the Commercial Management team, the Proposal/Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for supporting ad-hoc requests, projects, and administrative-related tasks. This person will play an integral role within the Commercial Management team and work with CWS’ functional groups to support and improve efficiency in the proposal process and team.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Pay: $75,000.
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm).
+ **This is a remote position, but you must be based out of the east coast.**
+ Create regular content renewal schedules and milestones.
+ Collaborate with C&W Services’ Subject Matter Experts to keep relative information accurate and fresh to integrate within proposal archive/templates.
+ Assist with ad-hoc projects and special requests as needed.
+ Own collection and organization of proposal and presentation content within the designated repositories.
+ Support multiple assigned projects, including small to medium-sized proposals, according to associated deadlines.
+ Team with Senior Commercial Managers on larger opportunities providing support as directed.
+ Read and understand client requirements for RFXs (including RFP, RFI, RFQ, PQI, presentations, etc.) and work with Business Development & Client Services to gather and collect data for the development of strategic responses.
+ Organize and package all information in compliance with RFX format/submittal instructions and company standards.
+ Complete and ensure delivery to client in collaboration with Business Development to meet mandated deadlines.
+ Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings to share creative solutions and best practices.
+ Support planning and development of small to mid-sized presentations and interviews.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, English, or Journalism majors preferred) or a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
+ Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
+ Aptitude to be detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate.
+ Must demonstrate ownership and accountability while managing timelines and following through on commitments.
+ Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work on one or multiple projects and/or proposals simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Comfortable navigating Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.
+ Must be a team player with a willingness to learn, share ideas, and formulate solutions to create efficiencies.
+ Experience with proposal automation software (i.e., Qvidian, RFPio, Loopio) is a plus but not required.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
