You will influence the planning and designing of manufacturing engineering processes pertaining to semiconductors, and determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Developing software and hardware to test ICs and Sensors for validation and production testing. • Debugging and technical problem solving to create production test programs. • Understand the design details of the component and implement tests to ensure the product meets specifications. • Develop test plans to define product characteristics and issues to determine corrective actions and improvements. • Develop documentation including operating procedures, work instructions and training. • Hands on, floor support of IC manufacturing. Problem resolution and continuous improvement. The annual base salary range for this position is $82,400K - $100,000K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. MUST HAVE: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a Security Clearance. • Minimum 2 years industry experience in development and product test position. • Minimum 2 years industry experience Electronics, circuits and software development.
