Seller Experience Manager, 3P Marketplace

Amazon South Africa (ZA) Marketplace Team is looking for a dynamic, analytical and creative Seller Experience Manager for Registration (Account Set-up & Access) and Selling Partner Trust (SPT), who will support Selling Partners in their onboarding journey, while ensuring that Amazon remains a safe and trusted marketplace for them and customers.

This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, and process design. You will be the subject matter expert for many of our operational processes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have attention to detail, great communication and will be comfortable working with multiple sources of information and business areas to make related services a success.

You will be responsible to execute tactical process improvements in the short-term, while you align on more scalable and automated processes in the mid-term, and support the product team to design strategic long-term solutions. You will also be responsible for seller experience improvements, by implementing, supporting and managing key initiatives. You will navigate across different business areas to solve issues, anticipate the need of new solutions, develop and optimize support tools.

Key job responsibilities
Review and update operational processes to ensure sellers are supported within set SLAs to achieve business goals.
Gather and analyse data to identify, root cause and resolve issues related to registration and SPT.
Address seller experience barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
Drive the development, implementation and adoption of new products, and initiatives.
Proactively identify and address operational and compliance risks to maintain trust with customers and sellers.
Lead key stakeholder and leadership engagements on seller experience efforts.
Generate insights and collaborate with respective global teams to understand current and future challenges faced by sellers and develop respective solutions.
Streamline and improve processes, policies and products across the seller journey.
