We're seeking a Voice of Seller (VoS) Process Improvement Specialist to lead our initiatives in transforming how we collect, analyze, and act upon seller feedback to drive meaningful improvements in seller satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As the VoS Process Improvement Specialist, you will own the end-to-end Voice of Sellers initiative, focusing on revolutionizing our coaching approach from tactical problem-solving to strategic process improvement. You will be responsible for implementing a two-stage coaching model that combines automated outreach with high-touch seller engagement, while driving measurable improvements in seller satisfaction and program efficiency metrics.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements in complex organizations. You will collaborate with multiple teams including L&D, CIA, and Program teams to implement systematic changes that enhance seller experience while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Own and drive the comprehensive VoS initiative strategy, including the development and implementation of new coaching methodologies, feedback collection systems, and quality standards.
• Lead the transformation of seller coaching processes by implementing a two-stage model that balances automation with personalized support for complex cases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks that track program efficiency, measure impact, and drive data-driven decision making across all seller coaching streams.
• Partner with BI teams to drive automation initiatives while ensuring compliance with InfoSec policies, working toward the integration of SC VoS into centralized systems.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators across weekly, monthly, and quarterly timeframes, ensuring program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement VoS-driven improvements, ensuring alignment between program goals and operational execution.
