Your role and responsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities of Position\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1.Making up national HVAC industry strategies based on the practical analysis of regional market situation, ABB product line and regional sales team both from ABB and CP.\t2.Direct reginal industry sales to achieve the industry annual target base on the regional industry sub-strategy and virtual report mechanism. Developing industry dedicated channel partner networks.3.Coordinate sales team to achieve cross region business, including project and OEM order.4.Collect industry success story or novel typical segment application, introduce the success experience to suitable region for business improvement. Research on the industry segment knowledge and prepare industry white paper aiming ABB industry solution, and transfer the industry knowledge to both the regional sales and channel partners.\t5.Following the industry developing trend and market intelligence, give practical adjust advice in time to both LD and sale team aiming the changed situation.\t\t\t6.Organizing industry marketing activity.\t
Qualifications for the role\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRequirements: \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t-Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA as a plus.\t\t-Major in Marketing/Engineering.-Minimum 5 years working experience in HVAC industry related background.\t\t-Familiar with HVAC industry, especially the design institute, EPC, system integrator and EU resources.\t-Good in writing and reading, fluence in English speaking.\t\t\t\t-Proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel professional.\t\t\t-Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues, can adapt to frequently travel.\t-Good communication and interpersonal skill, be able to work independently under high pressure, proactive open-minded and self-motivated.
