Security Trust Analyst

What you'll do This hands-on individual contributor position is responsible for working with our sales functions and internal security teams to demonstrate that our security and compliance controls are maintained at the highest level. Additionally, this role works with many other teams within Docusign, including internal compliance, Legal and Privacy, and technical domain experts as required. The successful candidate will have proven ability to drive consensus and direction to multiple multi-functional partners while consistently performing quality work, and proactively communicating progress. The Trust Analyst should be familiar with cyber security and compliance standards or frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS and AICPA (SOC) which are applicable to Docusign. Periodic travel and after-hours duty may be required on an as needed basis. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Chief Trust Officer (EMEA/ LATAM). Responsibility First line review of all incoming cases to the Trust Office in Salesforce. Validate each case for accuracy and prepare for pickup Respond to requests for information from internal sales teams regarding compliance and security matters for customers and prospects Prepare and distribute weekly reporting from Salesforce Prepare and send Security and Trust assurance packet (STAP) to customers and prospects Partner with internal teams including but not limited to Security, Product and Engineering, to support sales and ensure customers understand DocuSign’s compliance and security posture Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as required and assigned Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 3+ years of relevant experience in computer science, cyber security, governance risk and compliance, or related domains Experience with security control frameworks (e.g. SSAE16, ISO27001, NIST, PCI, SIG, CSA, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRamp) Experience with Salesforce and Google workspace applications Proficiency in both verbal and written English Knowledge of compliance and cyber security implications for business Knowledge of supply chain security and its importance to Docusign’s customers Experience with SaaS and cloud solutions environments Preferred Degree qualified or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Experience working with external customers regarding their compliance assessments and controls Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal oversight; Solid sense of ownership, urgency, and drive Strong discernment with the ability to engage with technical teams to present assessment results, risks and to participate in discussions about acceptable and compensating controls Experience working hands-on with multi-functional teams in assessing processes, risks and controls Self-starter with superb communication, collaborative, and presentation skills Experience working with multi-functional teams Strong analytical and communication skills Good attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills A very strong passion to learn and continuously improve A willingness to contribute to team discussions and challenge views Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
