**PacArctic, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Security Training and Outreach Specialist (Mid-level) with an Active Secret Security Clearance to support **PAC** and our government customer in Washington, DC.

The Security Training and Outreach Specialist position provides security-related training to USAID staff and implementing partners across the Agency. Effectively communicates with Senior Leadership, Interagency counterparts, and frontline staff regarding security-related issues of concern and forward- thinking security initiatives. Requires travel to USAID Missions to provide support and security advice and working closely with the Senior Security Training and Outreach Specialist.
**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:**
Security Training and Outreach Specialist (Senior-Level) Tasks:
+ Plans and implements security training for USAID staff and implementing partners at USAID facilities both domestically and overseas at USAID Missions, U.S. Embassies and U.S. Consulates.
+ Determines and recommends Mission Senior Officials with information on Partner Liaison Security Office (PLSO) opportunities, and training for Implementing Partners.
+ Develops SEC outreach materials for Agency personnel regarding security matters; and Liaises with Diplomatic Security and other security stakeholders at USAID Missions.
**Requirements:**
+ U.S. Citizenship.
+ Three to five years of experience, education, and/or training in international security programs.
+ Frequent overseas travel to USAID Missions required.
+ Secret Clearance required.
+ Verbal and written communication skills: Must be capable of articulating thoughts, ideas, and opposing points of view through all forms of communication with both internal and external government agencies to effectively carry out the duties of this position.
+ Must be proficient in crafting all types of correspondence that reach their target audience with clarity and comprehension to include the senior management level.
+ Technical experience skills: Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and to exercise efficiency in planning, prioritizing, and accomplishing assigned physical security related tasks.
+ Analytical skills: Proactive, flexible, attention to detail, and organizational skills required. Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation abilities, and teamwork skills required.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Quick Learner with multitasking ability.
+ Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize and accomplish physical security-related tasks.
+ Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
+ Active Passport.
+ Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
**Office Location and Travel:**
+ Washington, DC; frequent travel overseas to various USAID Missions.
