Security Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering
**Summary:** Enterprise Engineering provides the tools and services necessary for Meta employees to get their jobs done effectively. We are seeking Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to lead complex security solutions. TPMs at Meta navigate loosely defined problem spaces and turn them into well-structured programs while being cross-functional relationship builders. They do it by recognizing the big picture, finding connections where none exist, quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams, identifying and executing on a common goal to support Enterprise Engineering as we drive towards a more secure employee experience. **Required Skills:** Security Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering Responsibilities: 1. Define, develop, and lead cross-functional programs to deliver comprehensive solutions that address challenges across both technical and business domains. 2. Responsible for identifying and resolving complex end-to-end, cross-functional challenges within technical domains across client and server infrastructure. 3. Drive execution and delivery of solutions to business challenges through strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. 4. Drive and shape technical and product strategy, proactively identify challenges, align priorities, and set direction for a highly cross-functional domain. 5. efine and deliver technical solutions that address people challenges and meet product, platform, or infrastructure requirements in collaboration with partners. 6. Define and own success metrics, measurement strategies, rollout plans, and scalable, sustainable operational processes. 7. Define and implement communication strategies for key security initiatives tailored to various audiences. 8. Foster reliable partnerships to effectively mobilize teams and influence a wide range of stakeholders, leaders, and organizations. 9. Identify and enhance inefficiencies in our operations to increase speed and deliver higher-quality outcomes. 10. Support the implementation of security standards and risk-assessment methodologies. 11. Manage and ensure adherence to organization-wide security standards. 12. Spearhead requirements gathering for new security solutions, and identify opportunities for security enhancements and optimizations throughout the system. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 13. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management, specializing in information security and risk management. 14. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Identity and Access Management, Device/Platform Security, Data Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Threat Modeling, Vulnerability Management. 15. Experience delivering security programs or products from inception through to completion. 16. Experience in designing technology architecture and developing solutions. 17. Project management experience focused on information security and related technology implementations. 18. Experience executing day-to-day activities required for the development and tracking of information security initiatives, including managing and communicating policies, controls, and practices. 19. Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying it to various audiences to enable quick decision-making. 20. Proven experience in scoping, developing, and implementing strategies and plans that enhance impact through analytics and data. 21. Experience in negotiation and conflict management. 22. Demonstrated experience taking initiative across multiple teams to foster cross-functional working relationships, including effective collaboration and communication with various partner teams and stakeholders. 23. Experience building work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partnering with stakeholders in different time zones. 24.
