Starting Pay: $22.00/hour

Supervisor Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed Need excellent communication, team building & coaching/training skills Experience w/ managing a site schedule (168 hours), holding team accountable, building a rapport with team/ client & disciplinary action.  Multitasking - answering phones, customers/vendors entering and leaving facility.  Supervisor is positioned at the front desk & needs to be attentative Knowledge of how to operate cameras, professionally complete incident/ daily activity reports & able to teach the team.  Must work overtime if/when needed.    Previous security and supervisory experience required
