We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor you will have opportunities to serve and safeguard our clients in a broad range of industries such as Shopping Centers, High End Retail, Hospitality, Distribution Centers, Plants, Corporate Campus, and more. ON THE JOB: + Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the facility. + Acts as the principle contact for client management at the facility. + Trains security staff and sustains awareness to plant emergency response activities, evacuation procedure, hazmat protocols, fire detection and injury reporting. + Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forward reports to building leadership. + The performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies and reporting. + Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and company management. + Maintaining communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship. + Maintaining all patrol / fleet vehicles and equipment utilized in performance of security functions on the site. + The performance of initiatives, emergency response and other tasks required by Metro One management. QUALIFICATIONS: + Management experience for a uniformed security workforce. + Experience in the security industry, law enforcement or military preferred. + High school diploma or GED equivalent + California Guard Card or willing to get one + Drug Testing and Background screening required.
