As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for guests and team members, complying with confidentiality regulations regarding security information. Responsibilities Supervise Security Officers on an assigned shift and document disciplinary actionsConducts cash escorts and maintain crowd control as requiredOperate motorized vehicle when necessaryObserve, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activityMaintain a secure presence on the gaming floor and ensure that identification is checked for proper admittanceDefuse guest profanity to ensure a friendly environment, and investigate incidents and compose written reportsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 21 years oldMust have a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and take a drug testMust possess a New York state Security Guard license.Ability to work across departmental lines with guests and vendors Previous security supervisory or law enforcement experience preferred Gaming background a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, as well as capacity to bend, lift, and carryShift Details
