Description:Under the direction of the Manager of F-35 Security Integration, the Applicant will analyze, organize, plan, execute and direct the functional security responsibilities of F-35 Sustainment Site Activation and Maintenance Depot/Warehouse activities for F-35 partner and customer stand-up operations.
The Applicant must have a strong working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Technical Specifications; US Department of Defense Special Access Program Security Manual (DoD Directive 5205.07); 32 CFR 117 - National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other industrial security related manuals. General knowledge and familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
The Applicant shall have thorough knowledge of DoD Special Access Required (SAR) regulations, to include international requirements, policies and procedures, specific program procedures and company policies and procedures.
The Applicant must have experience in building Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) from inception.
The Applicant must have the ability to learn the necessary technical aspects of aircraft/weapon systems and then interpret and apply DoD security requirements to the bed-down and sustainment of the system(s).
Applicant must be able to interact and effectively communicate with all levels of US and foreign military and civilian government personnel, including senior leadership.
Applicant selected must possess a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to special programs.
This position will require the Applicant to travel routinely both domestically and internationally, as needed.
The Applicant will support all security issues on the F-35 Security Team as needed when not on travel.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a qualified Contractor Program
Security Officer (CPSO) or Assistant Contractor
Program Security Officer (ACPSO).
Desired Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
Experience working with JPO Security related to these same referenced F-35 site activation standup efforts.
Candidate must be a self-driven and results-
oriented individual capable of effectively working
multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-
paced environment.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Leadership qualities.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Microsoft office suite.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
