Salary: $125,000.00 / yr

Allied Universal is looking to hire a Security Recycling Manager. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.

Be at least 18 years of age with Master’s degree in a related discipline such as security operations, engineering or other relevant disciplines, or equivalent work experience10+ years of security program management experienceExperience at a recycling facility, or on a role related to recycling operations, in a position as Operations Manager, Security Manager or Site Supervisor, would be a plusGlobal auditing experience in a recycling facility preferredAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%Expertise in physical security consulting, design, implementation, risk assessments and mitigationConduct audits and investigations of security incidentsManage employees with various skills and security disciplinesExperience working with cross functional teams, including engineering, recycling and supply chain innovationProven experience in the development, scalability, and efficiency of coordinated security and quality-oriented programsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in corporate security proceduresFlexible and willing to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zonesPossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective mannerAs a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local lawsDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsDriving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
