Job Overview

This vacancy is for a full time post on a varied day shift pattern, as operational needs require. To provide a uniformed security presence in a high end retail environment, as part of a dynamic professional team. To protect property, guests and colleagues across the site. To enhance our guest experience, by providing a 5 star service, which could earn you a monthly on site voucher, in recognition of your work. The current rate of pay is £13.50, with an overtime rate of £14.11 To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.

Main Duties

Operations

Work as part of a team. Complete tasks and duties on site. Stay alert to developing incidents in order to take appropriate action to reduce the chance of injury, loss, damage or disruption.  Use common sense, initiative and training. Maintain your professional conduct in all situations.

Training

Satisfactorily complete all required trainingto ensure self-development, to assist team dynamics. You are required to renew your SIA door supervisor licence before expiry. Fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training.

What we are looking for

Door supervisor SIA licence, with previous experience preferred  CCTV SIA License is an advantage. A team focused professional security officer. A willingness to work a varied pattern of day shifts , as operational needs apply.
