ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet Customers with outstanding customer service & provide them with information about Casino Promotions, different areas within the Casino and other activities within the area and any other information that is given to you by your Lead/Supervisor for customer relations. Responsible for escorting the following; Money within the Casino and to the Bank, Customers, employees (when needed) and any Outside Vendor (when needed). Fill out Incident reports, and act as a safety and fire watch. Report any situation that may be deemed hazardous. Protect the gaming facility’s machines and property from vandalism, watch and track suspicious persons and activities. Ensure Customer and Employee safety during any emergency situation (fire, tornado, bomb threat, robbery or hazardous chemical spill). Act as traffic control when needed. At all times officers must display a professional and friendly attitude and take pride in the job being performed. Work closely with every department in the Casino and the Tribal Police Department. Perform other related duties as assigned by a Supervisor, Manager or member of Management. Good attendance is mandatory. Operate a motorized vehicle/ golf cart in a safe manner to transport customer and employees to/ from parking lots and casino Must ensure all passengers are seated in a correct manner before transport Must display a very positive attitude toward casino operations Must be able to perform fueling and service of the vehicle assigned
