Hours: Minimum 8 hours - Relief Position

Key Responsibilities: Lead and Respond: Guide the Security Team and manage incidents. Vigilant Monitoring: Control access and swiftly address breaches. Incident Reporting: Document and handle incidents promptly. System Integrity: Maintain security systems. Surveillance Patrols: Conduct patrols using CCTV and keep detailed records. Unauthorized Access Prevention: Ensure secure premises. Suspicious Packages: Stay alert and follow proper procedures. Team Training: Support team development. Electronic Systems Management: Monitor site security systems. Liaison Duties: Coordinate with clients and agencies. Alarm Response: Report on false alarms and response times. Reception Duties: Manage reception and turnstiles as needed. Control Room Operations: Prioritize incidents and manage the Control Room. Comprehensive Coverage: Operate equipment and cameras per guidelines, working rotating shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other necessary tasks. What We're Looking For: Valid SIA Licence CCTV License or Experience Preferred Corporate Experience Preferred Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Team and Solo Work Capability Proactive and Professional Approach Calm Under Pressure Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills
