The Security Lobby Concierge Officer - Flex is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A Security Lobby Concierge Officer - Flex acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.

Foot Patrol Services- patrol the common area, parking lot and facility via footPackage Management- accept, manage and controlling the receiving and issuing of packagesAccess Control Monitoring-monitor access control equipment and software to ensure functionalityDaily Reports of Community Activity- maintain daily log of all activitiesVisitor Management Software –train officers on using all software and technologyMonitor Cameras- monitor and review camera footage of propertyManagement Updates – provide daily updates to Property Management on issues and incidentsFacilitate Vendors Access – overseeing service vendors access and repairsBuilding Oversight – complete routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance repairs
