Grade A Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a security guard, preferably in a supervisory role. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to train and mentor other security personnel. PSIRA Grade A Security Officer certificate (or equivalent).
Additional Qualifications:
Mining or warehouse guarding experience is an added advantage.
