ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform general administrative duties. Answer incoming calls, determine appropriate party, transfer or take messages. Notify security personnel of new assignments or incidents via the radio. Type daily shift report. Maintain lost items and issue to appropriate parties. Input all security personnel information into the security computer database system. Contact local police or fire departments of emergency situations; relay incident details and coordinate arrival. Maintain log and issue keys. Issue vendor badges noting proper identification. Perform duties to monitor the activities of the staff and guests to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory guidelines and safety rules.  Take necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of operations. Monitor and control guest access to and from the vessels or non-public areas. Other duties as assigned.
