Job DescriptionThe Security Coordinator is a member of the Global Security Organization and is responsible for greeting employees and guests at NBCUniversal’s Corporate Headquarters at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. They will report to the Manager, Guest Reception.
What You’ll Do:
Greet employees and their guests with courtesy and professionalism. Review access permissions and process appropriate identification in a timely mannerAnswer phones and respond to email requests courteously and professionallyPrioritize customer service and guest satisfaction as a representative of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, NBCUniversal, and Global Security OperationsFollow all processes and protocols set forth by management at all timesMake prompt notifications to appropriate team members during unusual situations or emergencies. Handle all situations in an attentive, calm, and controlled mannerActively take part in training programs as directedProcess requests to onboard new hiresProcess requests to offboard former employeesAssist with covering the Employee Registration office (as necessary)Assist with covering the executive security reception desk (as necessary)Partner with organizations outside of Global Security to generate access reports, change access control, admit guests, etc. (as necessary)QualificationsWhat You Must Have:
1+ years of experience in Guest Reception, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Security (or similar field)Experience issuing guests and employee credentialsExperience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web applicationsAbility to maintain a corporate presence, professional demeanor, and positive attitude while assisting employees and their guestsExperience with HID Safe and Lenel a plusAvailable and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat Makes You a Stand-out:
