This role allows you to partner with the Business, providing a comprehensive view and managing end-to-end relationships with our local and global clients. You'll be the primary contact for all Securities Services related matters, partnering with Sales & Product to improve and retain client relationships. You'll also serve as the escalation contact for our clients across all Ops and Tech teams, managing the overall relationship while the teams handle daily client queries.

As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Client Service and Solutions team, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development. 

 
 Job responsibilities

Support the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and ProductEnsure all Operational issues are well recorded and remediated in partnership with local Ops teamsDeliver compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral Establish forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutionsResolve relationship and account level queries of clients/fund managersBe the escalation point of contact for the Ops teams across the product suite taken by the clientKeep awareness of latest product, process, business and market updatesImplement process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfactionEnable technology adoption within the team to help reduce manual interventionCollaborate with wider teams across all regions to help manage efficiency through continued automation/ remediation of manual tasks 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :

Minimum 8 years of overall work experience.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Role involves extensive coordination with senior external and internal stakeholders across lines of businesses Strong attention to detail, problem solving and effective escalation skills required Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ProjectEnergetic self-starter with ability to navigate the firm proactively, collaborate and effectively partner with different teams and individualsStrong program management skills, must be organized and able to develop a project plan and break it down into achievable deliverablesStrong collaboration skills, able to work with many different individuals and partner effectively with different groups 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :

Working knowledge on Global Custody and/or Fund Services is a plus
