Roles and Responsibilities
Be prime liaison between the Program team and all security aspects (personnel security, physical security, information assurance, and information technology) assuring full compliance for security aspects required by the Customer and the Airframer.Serve as the owner for all contractual deliverables and proposal responses pertaining to security, information technology and infrastructureProvide program guidance and direction to the Operational Security Manager to aid in the adherence to OPSEC plans and Customer requirements.Actively establish FLIGHTDECK processes across the program support team’s priorities and actionsBe prime Program interface for all security aspects related to office, production, and test areas.Be prime Interface with Edison Works Infrastructure team and Facilities for managing workplace upgrades & EHS concerns for the NGP program. Responsible for NGP’s Plant and Equipment budget.Establish an excellent working relationship with the Customer and Airframer Security organizations.Manage priorities for personnel security to the classified areas as well as computer access to the controlled unclassified information (CUI) sitesBe Data Transfer Administrator (DTA) for both Customer and Airframer closed systems. Serve as program focal for technology transfers as it relates to security.Manage security logistics for Customer and Airframer visitors. Assist in the creation and maintenance of security training and proceduresCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address security concerns and develop plans to mitigate risk to the communityRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing classified personnel & projects.
Familiarity with operations in a Special Access Program (SAP)/Special Access Required (SAR) environment including regulations and processes associated with SAP/SAR classified areas
Demonstrated ability to interface equally effectively with all levels - executive level to hourly personnel
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
