Sectional Timing Operator
You will work closely with the platform supplier on race days and outside of race days to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the sectional timing service. Race days will vary through a calendar month and will be both weekdays and/or weekend days. Additional duties will include supporting various business groups projects
 
The role requires the candidate to be computer literate, logical in their thought process, methodical in planning and execution and responsible to work with the broadcast resources, graphics resources and manage the logistical resource to ensure tracking units are correctly assigned and inserted for every race and every horse in those races
 
Furthermore, the candidate is required to be a self-starter with an ability to apply solid critical thinking throughout the functions requiring execution and management related to Sectional Timing
 
Travel and transportation of the sectional equipment, to and from the various race venues, is a key aspect of the role. Regular road and air travel will be required

Post race day preparation requires device maintenance and charging
