Education and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringMaster’s degree in business management with Marketing as specialization from reputed institutes

Requirements and Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringMaster’s degree in business management with Marketing or Communications as specialization from reputed institutes10+ years of experience in the HVAC&R industry. Air conditioning industry background will be an added advantage.Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Product MarketingGood experience in creating and delivering unique customer value propositions through various media and multiple distribution channels, including retail, e-commerce, distributor, or B to B channels.Proven track record of performance in a relevant, complex, multi-channel industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Description of duties & activities

1. Product Marketing

Develop deep understanding on standards, market trends and customer needsConduct market research, VOC surveys and market requirement events to define detailed product scope and develop business cases (integrated product definition, financials) for new productsDevelop competitive product analysis, product launch package value propositionLead product launch events and extend customer support on products.Communicate effectively in the market about new products, technology / trends, work towards executing & developing success stories & case studiesDevelop product literature, catalogue along with MARCOM team

2. Influencer Marketing & Market Intelligence

Engage End-Users, Consultants, key influencers, and develop/sustain long term relationships to achieve high business share and brand spec-in at project level:Engage Closely with OEMs Sales & Marketing Team & Develop Business InsightsDevelop Deeper Understanding of Transport Market Thru Project TrackingTap Changing Market Dynamics & Provide Inputs for Business Decisions

3. Business Development & Drive CRM Salesforce Tool 

Support New Business Opportunities of Sales TeamDrive business development activities along with sales team membersKey User of CRM Tool. Represent AC & Heating Vertical to Support CRM Tool RequirementsProactively drive & participate in CRM Programs

4. Strategic Planning & Analysis

Work with the Management team for strategy/ guidance and support sales team/ stakeholders across IndiaPlan short, medium & long-term strategy, work on market research, market sizing, competitive analysis, project tracking etc.
