Hire Resolve’s client has an exciting opportunity for a TMM Section Engineer in Polokwane, Limpopo. Our client is looking for someone with experience in the trackless world and a project management background.

Responsibilities

Driving Maintenance KPIs of permanent employees, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure vehicle- and equipment availability, reliability, and optimization Roll out TMM maintenance strategy to minimize equipment downtime and ensure availability of equipment at the right time Manage overall maintenance management performance Financial and Budget Control in terms of Mining Maintenance activities Managing of change process regarding any deviations to Maintenance activities and work scope Manage the establishment of Engineering standards, specifications, and service levels according to organizational objectives to ensure maximum operational availability Implement CI initiatives by keeping abreast of developments and introducing change in work processes where appropriate Ensure and Maintain Legal Compliance, Audits, and Governance

Requirements

B Eng/BSc/BTech/National Diploma discipline, National Certificate Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certification Mines and Works GCC 5 years’ experience as a Section Engineer of which 3 years are in an Underground TMM environment Experience in the in Underground Large Excavation TMM equipment and technology would be advantageous. Experience managing a large contractor mining operation Operational readiness implementation experience
