General Summary

Provides administrative and secretarial support to the daily operations of the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Field phone calls Maintain employee records Sort and deliver mail Order and deliver supplies Perform data entry Assist Project Managers with administrative duties Perform scanning and copying of documents Provide needed reports May reconcile invoices Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

Two years prior office administrative experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong computer skills, ability to learn new computer software and systems Strong organizational skills Experience using telephones, fax machines, copy machines, scanners and printers

Physical, Environmental and Sensory Requirements

Work environment is a typical office setting. Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending, reaching and lifting. Medium to light walking between office and hospital
