An employer is looking for a Secret Cleared BMC Remedy Developer to sit on-site Monday-Friday at Hanscom AFB, MA or Lackland AFB, TX. This person will be responsible for building, integrating, and troubleshooting BMC Remedy in an enterprise environment. They will serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of BMC Remedy modules and processes. Day to day they will perform application upgrades along with monitoring operations and system performance of the ITSM application suite. This person will be expected to collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand requirements and system upgrades. This is a heavy developer role where a background in building Remedy is required.
