About the role

The Seaway Residences Pool & Beach Attendant is part of the Residence team who care for our homeowners. Our job is to ensure our service is aligned with the luxury lifestyle of the Seaway Residents. The Seaway Pool & Beach Attendant has a unique opportunity to connect with, and know what matters most to our homeowners, allowing for genuine, intuitive, and personalized service.

The Pool & Beach Attendant is a high-activity position and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to our residents and their guests and providing attentive service in a timely manner during their leisure time at the pool and beach.

What you will do

Greet residents and their guests by name. Escort to seating area and set up with towels and water.Maintain high levels of cleanliness in all areas, pay special attention to potential slip areas, and address immediately.Coordinate service with other attendants and handover of residents’ preferences ensuring a seamless experience for the residents and their guests.Manage towels and linens for area, ensure par levels and deliver dirty items to laundry.Be attentive to weather conditions and coordinate with leadership on any closures, and securing of items.

What you bring

Prior experience in poolside service, preferably in a luxury residential setting, hotel, or resort.Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

•  Full Time
