Overview

The Denim Bartender is responsible for providing a professional and inviting environment for guests through their timely preparation and cordial service of beverages.

Responsibilities

You will greet guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner, checking identification, as needed. You will give a brief introduction to the provided menus and answer any immediate questions or concerns the guests may have. You will accurately input guests’ food and beverage orders and prepare beverages in a timely, efficient, and precise manner, according to recipes. You will maintain the cleanliness of the bar, disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down the bar and its preparation areas. You will engage with guests throughout the duration of their experience while monitoring their level of intoxication. You will restock liquor and bar supplies throughout, and at the conclusion of, your shift. You will develop and implement a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Qualifications Must possess exemplary verbal and written communication abilities.Must be able to work effectively with a diverse population of both employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.Must be able to multitask and prioritize functions to provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner.Must be able to learn and implement the Forbes standards.Successful applicants will possess a magnetism emanating maturity and confidence.
