**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Provide administrative support to Dispatchers in the branch
+ Copy, fax, scan paperwork to all parties necessary, including coordinators, sales staff, risk management, office staff and accounting department
+ Assist in monitoring the progress of the daily moves to ensure timeliness and prevent service failures
+ Assist Dispatcher in providing accurate weights; maintain log of all certified scale tickets and money collected
+ Assist in scheduling activities as directed by the local dispatcher
+ Answer phone calls effectively handling the needs of all callers
+ Other duties as duties assigned
**Requirements:**
Able to work full-time hours during our peak season, May-September
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and have the ability to learn Movers Suite, our move management software
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Deadline-oriented, organized, dependable, able to multi-task, with excellent time management skills
Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

**Education/Experience:**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience moving household goods preferred.
**Language Ability:**
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
**Math Ability:**
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
**Reasoning Ability:**
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
**Computer Skills:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. The individual should be able to learn and effectively use enterprise software, such as move management software; and the ability to learn and effectively use software needed for job-related functions such as timekeeping.
