This position prepares and serves golf course food, maintains inventory and supply, cleans kitchen and eating area. Examples of Duties + Assists and prepares light food for golf course patrons. + Assists with purchases of all supplies to include food, beverages, janitorial, safety and sanitary needs. + Provides excellent customer service to all patrons of Buffalo Dunes Golf Course. + Cleans and maintains concession and kitchen area. + Serves as cashier for concession area and on occasion the pro shop. + Prepares and serves food and beverages in compliance with established sanitary standards and with attractive presentation. + May assist with financial records, inventories, daily cash receipts and daily bank deposits. + Performs any other job related task assigned.
