**Your Role**
Sea Logistics Field Sales personnel develop sea logistics business from existing and new customers in order to reach and exceed predefined targets set by the Customer Care Manager. They are primarily responsible for growth of the SME customer segment, focused on hunting in key target trades as outlined by National Sea Logistics Management guidelines. Together with the Customer Care colleagues, Sea Logistics Field Sales are directly responsible for increasing Kuehne & Nagel market share across the core Sea Logistics products and contribute positively to the gross profit of the Sea Logistics business unit.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Actively seek and secure new sea freight import, export, and cross-trade opportunities (FCL & LCL).
+ Strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding market share.
+ Develop in-depth knowledge of key trade routes, carriers, and sailing schedules.
+ Work closely with overseas Route Development Managers to support prepaid and collect traffic.
+ Achieve and exceed predefined targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
+ Ensure accurate and timely CRM (CoreLOG) updates and adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Bachelors / master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration or related fields.
+ Proven Experience in Sea logistics.
+ Proven understanding of the local market and have worked before In similar position.
+ Must have strong customer focus, exceptional presentation skills and a team player.
+ Fluent in English and Local Language.
+ Ability to work independently without supervision is a plus.
