Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist

Your Role Reporting to the Customer Care Manager you will ensure client satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and proactive customer service. Your Responsibilities Responding to Inquiries: Promptly respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while providing accurate and timely information.Troubleshooting and Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer needs and issues in a timely manner, employing creative problem-solving skills to deliver optimal solutions, including handling escalated issues with tact and diplomacy.Collaboration: Foster ongoing collaboration with other teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and technical support, to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the customer service management system to facilitate effective follow-up and resolution.Results-Driven Environment: Thrive in a results-driven environment where meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals is the norm, including response times, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.Impact on Customers: Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries to enhance their overall experience.Furnish accurate and timely information to empower customers to make informed decisions\r\nand utilize our products and services effectively.Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer needs to minimize disruptions and maximize satisfaction.Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to addressing customer issues and improving their experience.Commitment to meeting or exceeding performance goals contributes to consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Your Skills and Experiences 2 years' relevant experience in Sea Logistics.2 years' relevant experience in Customer Service.Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries, major cities, seaport.Basic knowledge of U.S. Administration Regulations (FAA, FMC, EAR, Hazmat) and other government agency requirements.You have the ability to travel for business purposesYou have the ability to complete IMO Security training classes.You have the ability to work in office 5 days per week Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
