SDR / System Engineer

Job Description:

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

SDR/ System Engineer

Tasks, role & responsibilities:
● ensuring the specification, design, integration, qualification, certification of a function and system including its consistent implementation
and its usability on the helicopter, based on the given input requirements;
● ensuring and maintain traceability of input documentation;
● preparing technical input documents for the technical publication documents and performing the validation of those documents;
● collecting and analyses all relevant input requirement including standards and regulatory;
● creating technical documents and ensure the completeness of all documents allocated to his function and system and the harmonization
of the content with all stakeholders;
● preparation of study design;
● ensuring that standardization policies, and design rules are respected;
● achieving the required development results for his function and system in time, budget and quality;
● ensuring that the function is proper integrated in the H/C, including harmonization with other lead functions (integration, safety/reliability,
EMC etc.);
● identifying Risks/Opportunities and to lead Mitigation Plans;
● preparing test requests, support test activities on system rig and on helicopter and analyses the test results;
● ensuring the full qualification and certification of the function;
● leading Prototype manufacturing;
● managing the Engineering Subcontractors/ Suppliers
Required qualifications:
● A good knowledge of aerospace technologies and products is an advantage;
● Experiences related to design and production process would be beneficial;
● Skills in writing technical documentation (specifications, etc);
● Team spirit and good communication skills (reporting, creating necessary documentation);
● Strong analytical skills & capability to “think outside the box”;
● Autonomy, reliability & assertiveness;
● Proficiency in English;
