3-7 years of Manual and Automation testing experience in Mainframe environment with COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB0 & SQL Queries
· Experience in developing Automation scripts & Automation tools – ALM, Selenium etc
· Experience in understanding the requirements, Test Strategy and writing functional test cases
· Payroll/HCM or financial domain is a plus
· Excellent academic background, preferably B.Tech / B.E Computer Science & Engineering
· Should be on permanent rolls with good organization
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work, and ability to move across roles
· Excellent problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills with exquisite attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logically
· Experience on Agile Methodology / Processes preferred; process adherence; having the ability to enhance, optimize and continuously improve existing processes
