The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the scrum team who coaches the squad on Agile principles and practices as well as teaching, facilitating, mentoring and consulting on Agile techniques and ceremonies. The Scrum Master helps to maximise squad productivity to a sustainable and predictable velocity. The Scrum Master will also help embed continuous learning with the aim to lead the squad members to self-sufficiency. They help those outside the scrum team understand Agile ways of working, facilitating interactions to improve the value created by the scrum team.

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business: Coordinate various projects delivery using Agile methodologies, such as: applications development, tools and systems integration through API exposure, services workflow automationOrganize and facilitate key Agile events including daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, planning and refiningWork with the squad members and AWS&GCP Product Owner to hold backlog refinement sessions and ensure upcoming objectives and work are understood and aligned with the project’s measurable outcomesResolve conflicts and remove obstacles that squad members might face during project deliveryManage each sprint with cross functional teams assuring delivery for all sprint activitiesFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationEnsure that the AWS&GCP team follows the rules of Scrum and SAFePromotes the principle of continuous improvement through using agile practices such as retrospectives.Experience working closely with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, SAFe, and with teams leveraging DevOps and Continuous Delivery / IntegrationProfessional experience and knowledge of cloud environments strongly preferred With these skills you are a great candidate: Good knowledge of SAFe/ agile methodologiesGood knowledge and understanding of Public Cloud providers  AWS & GCPExperience working with agile methodologies and DevOps concepts  in public cloud environmentExperience working in a cross-teams environment, different culturesExcellent verbal and written communications and collaboration skillsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to minimize overhead tasks for the team and manage interdependencies with other teams
