We are proud to be a Disability Friendly Workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment for all our employees. **What you’ll do:** This position will work with a product/software development team as a Scrum Master for the Enterprise Services Payroll, Time and Labour (PTL) Value Stream. The Scrum Master will guide their team to follow Agile practices and Scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and support process improvement. They will also ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. The Scrum Master works directly with Product Owners, System Analysts, System Architects and other product team members to guide the product development lifecycle, help create user stories, and manage the product backlog. + Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups + Support a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle + Trains and supports Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices + Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions + Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories + Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress of the product + Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities + Resolve impediments and escalate where required + Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies where applicable + Supports a psychologically safe environment for the team to raise and resolve issues + Leads the capacity planning for each sprint + Communicates risks, status and general updates to stakeholders + Manage multiple Scrum teams, potentially across multiple geographies **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution + Experience with applying Agile / Scrum / Kanban principles + Experience with IT, preferably as Scrum Master or Project Manager + Solid experience working on an Agile team or leading technology projects **Skills:** + Demonstrable understanding of payroll, time and labour and modern product delivery processes + Knowledge of Agile + General understanding of DevSecOps principles + General familiarity with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services. + Able to coach the team + Knowledge of payroll and time and attendance processes and systems + Good communication and presentation skills + Patience and empathy conveying new information + Able to work directly with both technical and non-technical audiences + Effective listening skills with the intention of understanding + Adept negotiation skills + Multiple languages preferred but not essential **What we can offer to you:** + Wide range of Employee Benefits: Hybrid work model, Annual bonus, Cafeteria, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Eye-glass refund, AYCM partnership, Internal reward system (E-Stars) + Employee Wellbeing Support: Access comprehensive support programs designed to enhance your overall wellbeing + Family Friendly: Enjoy a family-friendly environment with policies that support work-life balance + Talent Management and Career Development: We are dedicated to your professional growth, with a strong focus on internal mobility, continuous learning, and peer coaching + Dog-Friendly: Bring your furry friend to work in our dog-friendly office + Dedicated Spaces: Utilize our family room, multi-prayer room, stretching room, and chill room for your comfort and convenience + Company Yoga Sessions: Participate in regular yoga sessions to stay fit and relaxed + Social Responsibility: Join a socially responsible organization committed to making a positive impact + Employee Appreciation Day: Celebrate with us on Employee Appreciation Day, recognizing your hard work and contributions \#LI-KK2 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
